Same here. Yesterday, when I tried to upgrade my package from 512 to 1.0mbps but this error shows.

So I pressed retry few times, suddenly I received this message.

I've emailed them about this matter, and this morning I get this email.

Please bring along the relevant documents as below:

1. Identity Card or Passport
2. Letter of Authorization with IC photocopy of account owner (if you are not the account owner).

You are able to search for the nearest TMpoint at our website as follow:

I checked the my details again at the website, my package already 1mbps.

wanna ask...i jus change from 512 with modem to streamyx combo 1mb on mon..am paying rm110 for 1mb..tis promotion streamyx combo 2mb also rm110..T_T..can i still upgrade to 2mb?

For using speedtest.net, which server should we choose? KL or Seri Kembangan? What's the different if choose different server?

after reading all the posts, and my experiences with screamyx..even watch youtube also so hard..
not going to upgrade mine, plus it's 24months contracts..god knows what they will do to your connections during that period.

But for me, I think streamyx so far is the best, less DC and slow speed ~
I used to MaxisBB last time, that really is nightmare for me, now I not sure about it ~

Then I use my sister P1, I can say is slighty better than MaxisBB, but still rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
And both of those wireless broadband have monthly fair usage ~

Really a down side.

Anyway, can just go to TM center and upgrade right? And request immediate effect.

Hmm, afraid if i upgrade to 2/4 MB i'll get worse speed than now 1MB

Too lazy to get the form anyway biggrin.gif Anyone success in getting 2/4 MB?

I think they're doing this to con us to have 2 year contract longer when the HSBB project is being ran. Maybe by next year we'll have cheaper and faster ISP but we can't terminate because of the contract

Its another ISP, they claim to have 2MB up and down speed, but this is the speed i get
