After announcing my presence (some loud "Excuse Me") they directed me to TM point office inside to make technical enquiries on upgrading 'cos outside was only in charge of selling Streamyx to new customers. After going inside (crowded as usual) the receptionist directed me to the outside booth again on "queries" concerning Streamyx (whatever issues). I got to the outside booth to tell those fellas on better ways to serve clients when they reluctantly took down my particulars & promise to give me a reply. How Pathetic!
I've met P1 guys & TM outsourcing people doing sales in the mall, they have completely different attitude. Looks like TM better outsource everything to keep market share. I have no problem with their technology but Sales & Service is way below standard.
