Yersterday night I was still able to see the options list with 1mb (super deal) rm71 & 1mb combo (super deal) rm95 !!! too bad

OK online upgrade options is back to normal now ^^ for those who wanna try online upgrade registration... I also dunno how to get the free modem if u pick those 2 & 4 mbps package if u do this via online.... Hope that someone can clarify on this

Is 1mbps combo package upgrade got free modem too....??? Since it stated NO modem for 512kb and 1mb upgrade though

Waited Period = around 2 weeks+- { 1st week I email to help@tm.net.my , they assign a TM installer to contact me with Handphone# }

Status = SUCCESS upgrade plus I get a free RIGER wireless modem delivered to me by the TM installer personnel at my doorstep

#P/S = Saves my phone line rental (RM26+RM1.30) && I get a free modem && my speed = 1mbps @ RM 95 monthly now && 2 years contract

I think 2 things u need to make sure on your (user) side first.

A = Streamyx phone line # is capped till what speed both DL and UL; this can be checked at the user modem/router web config main page;

B = Streamyx Account login ID is registered under what speed.

If your A > B == Full Speed + (lucky)Overcapped Speed;
A <= B == Normal / No Full Speed.

Just from my TM streamyx experience. 2 same IDs can't online at the same time simultaneously at 2 different (streamyx)phone lines.

Yup ask them to upgrade your line port is the only way...
It will only be fast if u able to contact the TM technician that handle your area's TM streamyx service.

till HSBB roll out to entire malaysia states @ next 2 years...
