Now you got two options

1) Full refund from him and get your OCZ 1333 from somewhere else, albeit at a higher price

2) Demand him to honor the sales, and give you OCZ 1333Mhz, or at least sell to you at COST price. (nothing to lose what)

you guys could even meet up at the police station to exchange the ram instead of going to HIS shop which is far away. (well if you are satisfied with what he is offering you)

Don't "see see", make it clear, that you are agreeable to it, then we wait for zhen_wei to agree. Else, later he agree, you don't agree

Any idea why? If it's the cost issue, if the difference is not much, it only makes sense that you bear it, since ultimately its your fault, or strike a deal with rkwan to top up, I can see that he really wants the RAM
