QUOTE(zhen^wei @ Nov 18 2009, 12:20 PM)
is our fault if we post wrong description.
the main problem is now we asked u to post back another extra pair of ram. (which u not use it)
u paid only for 1 pair of ram, but we send u two pair. now u want to get 2 pair of ram but only paid 1 pair ram price??
the postage we will bear it.

second thing, we put the statement wrongly, fine. we already asked u to post back 2 pair of rams to us.
we will fully refunded u the price and the postage fees..

come on bro, dun mix up with two things
1st: is our problem if we post wrong description, and u get wrong items, fine. post back the items to us and we refund u with the postage fees.

2nd: u paid for 1 pair ram price, but we send u two pair, we already ask u post back and we bear the postage fees. u not receive our call and refuse to do so..now u want to get 2 pair of ram but only paid 1 pair ram price?? doesnt this make sense?
*
well since u already admit ur mistake i think if u give him a pair of 1333 ram which both of u have agreed on then he would just return u the ram. it isnt fair for him to just giv u back n then get the refund. think of the time n petrol he used to collect n send back the ram..the hassle he has to go through to get the ram back from his client.. since u posted the wrong thing on ur thread u as th seller should be responsible enough to fulfil what u posted up on the thread n not just simply giving a refund. think from the buyer side n its really unfair.

youliang, rkwan67 :
return the parcel last day by tomorow (thursday). a report police had been made this morning as backup and tomorow before 4pm an inspector will visit to ur PJ address. dont try to think i am kidding. i had no time to drag this drag that, return the 1 -2  pairs of ram, u can get the refund on RM320+postage or postage if 1 ram return.

btw, i forgot to mention something.
when yoongkeen call u for first time. u did said the "ram" do not have any problem in ur client PC. so why u said the ram is bottleneck in ur system ? are u using one unti at ur client and u use another unit of ram. or ur client use 1 pair and u stole another pair of ram from me ?
*
easy as that just get the buyer wat he paid for which is the 1333 ram and he wil post both of the wrong units back to u..im sure the buyer does not want to take that extra ram but just get what he is suposed to get which is one unit of the 1333 ram.the holding of the extra ram is for the buyers safety that the seller would really send him the proper ram

WOW.. you changed your tune quite fast.. At first you say it's not fair for the buyer to post it back to the seller.. Not u say the buyer is holding on for insurance??
Its obvious to me the buyer trying to manipulate one small error to his advantage
*
well what if the buyer already send back the ram n the seller does nothing about the other ram?since he could even do such mistake to send 2 unit how do u expect the buyer to trust the seller?a buyer would need some assurance that his ram would be solved...

seller wanna refund u full+postage, that is what i call responsible! nod.gif
why wanna continue this war here?
send it back, get your refund and that's it
if he didn't refund u,just drop by his shop and get it over with.
*
lol..not for me. for me a responsible seller should sell the goods which he advertised n at that price.not just refund. even in supermarkets if there is a price error they wil honor the price that is advertised for that customer and then change the error.

QUOTE(toekong @ Nov 19 2009, 12:16 AM)
My GOD how young are you???
How irresponsible and inmature can you be.
This kind of people will make trading on lowyat.net goes to tank in the future..
All this can be solve by less hassle by just returning something that you didn't want in the first place..
Honoring a lower price and selling a wrong item is a whole different thing..
honoring a lower price is where seller consent on a agreed price.
Your case, you are not accepting a product, which you do not want anyway.
But you also not returning the item to the seller for reimbursement.
you try going to a store and say they sell you the wrong stuff and ask for correction.
And tell them you are not returning the item until they exchange it for you..
See how long it takes for them to kick you out on your ass..
My God.. we are dealing with a child here....
*
yup i am young but i did not get into any problems with my previous few hundred sales. and btw there is no age limit for sellers ok? anyway let the police settle it then smile.gif

lol at buyer and seller. But seriously,

@buyer youliang u should just urge them to compensate u by giving discount price for future sales. Instead of holding onto something which is not yours and making stupid reply here. Whatever your reason may be, but that is thievery

@seller. so many mistake in one sale??? my goodness, are u really serious with ur sales thread or not? I really hope u will visit his house by tomorrow (which i highly doubt u will), the way it goes thats the only way to settle this dispute.
*
haha ok..i'll tell my friend about it. smile.gif im not the buyer. biggrin.gif

Get your friend (buyer) to read this thread, rather than you telling him what is going on in this thread. U might be twisting the fact on him and simply adding more fuel to this flaming dispute

so everyone think is the fair to me? if yes, then i go ahead.

seller fault, but buyer bear the responsibility of his fault (wrong info posted).

shud i forgive him for all his miscommunication within his company, talk foul language, wasting my time? n now i got to travel to get the ram back n VISIT him at HIS office to get MY ram. :thumbs up:

so now, i tot of using my money getting a better ram for my core i5. instead using my money on better ram, now i got a value ram. run a value ram on core i5 is totally wasting my money n time. everyone know core i5 is HP system n using a value on it? damn clever!

It is ok, and wont' affect my business at all.. btw, i starting my business when i was ur age.
when i saw rkwan67, i dono how to speak to u at all. tat's why i prefer talk to ur sister today to judge the issue.

after i do the report, the inspector told me, why not we write he taking the thing that "not belong to him" so the officer can
straight away take action against it. well, i know you too young and try to settle with you before i take 3rd action.

i stil remember what u write in SMS say :"so ? what are u going to do today ? not come my house already ?PDGM no car ? " this had challenge my patient and sorry for the rude words.

going to close the thread already. have a good day everyone.

youliang, rkwan67,
dude, study hard, prove to ur family u will get them proud one day. but not involve in this kind of police case.
if u have potential in IT field then put efford on it. one day u will become successful person.
*
well, you promoted my name for a few days ,so now im just promoting your name back =). and no it is not to affect your business or what.

QUOTE(antonio @ Nov 20 2009, 03:30 AM)
I did but I'm not going to rebut you which is;

1. clearly wasting my time.
2. did you actually read all the post (not thread)?

His rights? (Buyer)
- Receive in properly working condition the ram that he ordered.
- If he didn't get what he ordered, HE SHOULDN'T open the wrong items and quickly informed the seller about the mistake. Ask to CHANGE, not to USE first!
- Demand that he gets the right model HE WANTS or if the seller CAN'T SELL because of no stock or the price is wayyyy higher, that a full REFUND is what the buyer should request.
- The delivery charges to return the item back to the seller is BEAR by the seller.

Now do you want me to tell the seller's rights? Try and open up a business of selling computer parts here in Malaysia, then come talk back to me or other experience seller for that matter.

Please, please, keep it in proportion...enough of this non-constructive arguing according to "Do not post unless you have something useful to contribute. Ranting is not useful contribution." situated at the top.
*
the buyer did not notice that the ram speed was lower until he plugged it into his pc..
