This kind of people will make trading on lowyat.net goes to tank in the future..
All this can be solve by just returning something that you didn't want in the first place..
Honoring a lower price and selling a wrong item is a whole different thing..
honoring a lower price is where seller sell an item on a price that he/she have stated wrongly.
Your case, you are not accepting a product, which you do not want anyway.
you try going to a store and say they sell you the wrong stuff and ask for correction.
And tell them you are not returning the item .. "You will think about it first"
See how long it takes for them to kick you out on your ass..
My God.. we are dealing with a child here....
Lets start a list of people not to sell to and put this joker on top of the list..

We are here looking for a good deal on stuff.. So Let just deal honestly..
Let it be a mistake by the seller or the buyer. Everything can be solved by just a taking and giving..
And he had the balls to suggest they are being framed..

@buyer youliang u should just urge them to compensate u by giving discount price for future sales. Instead of holding onto something which is not yours and making stupid reply here. Whatever your reason may be, but that is thievery

when you have make a mistake,you must responsible for it,not becoz you are so and so,then you are diff,send buyer what you state in you product description with the price you state there,and buyer you don't have the right to have 2 where you only paid for 1

and my statement is

TS open a thread to sell a product, and seller find that the selling price is way below market price for that particular model and spec,so buyer decide to buy it,and as LYN's T&C,Buyer bank in the amount of money to seller as what seller state in the thread for that item state in the thread,but seller send a item whitch diff from the item the seller state in the thread.

and police can't do anything to buyer coz buyer don't cheat/con/steal nor rob the item from the seller,it was seller who send to him,and buyer did paid an amount to seller,this is not criminal,not under police punya hal la.and the seller did send something diff from what buyer paid for,this is concase,Police punya hal.

Seller: Should do a full refund since he sold the wrong RAM even if the bottleneck issue is fake and that it works fine. If buyer wants 1333 MHz RAM, he must get 1333 MHz RAM, you must honor it, nothing less.



Buyer: Should return the extra RAM. Stop making excuses as you are digging your own grave. Regarding that link :

Same issue but in the end Best Buy did not owe ANYONE for that RM 9.99 HDTV. It was an honest MISTAKE.

at the begining. we are not selling 1333mhz ddr3 ram. this is 1066mhz. as stated in title.
i never realise the description there is wrong.

when he deal with me. I just can recall he is looking for OCZ spec ops 4GB which RM320 special edition.

there is 2 type of special ops.
OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 Special Ops Edition
OCZ DDR3 PC3-8500 Special Ops Edition

This is my mistake to copy paste wrong things. but we had know it is 1066mhz ram when we ordered it.

If our customers had problem with the product, received wrong things (different with they order), of coz they can return to me instead of ask me "bear for the higher cost of ram" and send them the 1333mhz ram. please take note, the ram price is up every day, every week. and same ram the market value is more than RM380-400.

When the buyer want to buy our ram is becoz our price is damn cheap (the stock is ordered before the price up), and other rams included 1066mhz or 1333mhz won't get at RM320 am i correct ?

I'm not on any of the dispute sides here, but what bugging me is why on earth that extra pair of rams isn't returned?? The seller has agreed to provides expenses for the Courier, then why is it so hassle to just send the thing and get it over with??

Oh ya wait, I read something about petrol money, time, toll, bla bla bla....

To whom who had mentioned the above, lets make it this way,

Seller prints another invoice, sends it to you and are you ready to pay for the additional pair?

And just say when you refuse to pay the invoice and decide to send the ram back, the seller said: "I have no time to check your delivery because it cost me my time of waiting for the delivery, further more I have to be at a certain places (assuming not the address that is posted to), I have no time to check for it nor do I have to spend petrol money just to check if the sent item is correct."

Would the above statement sounds fair?

I don't think so, but people are different....

When seller overcharge something that you bought, you call em a liar, cheater, conman, racial based 'man' all over the thread or forums, but when the seller has put it nicely that he would bear the charges of returning the ram, would it be appropriate to answer something like: "Let me think 1st?", "Its seller fault to send the wrong specs", bla bla bla...

If not stock, just return everything in a good order the way you open it and ask for reimbursement of your purchase....

If you want to keep, then pay! Simple...

Talking more in here doesn't change the fact that the buyer is intolerant and is happily keeping something that is not rightly belong to him....

Get your friend (buyer) to read this thread, rather than you telling him what is going on in this thread. U might be twisting the fact on him and simply adding more fuel to this flaming dispute
