Any suggestions for 2.1 speakers ?Budget <200 , i looking at the M3310 right now...is it gud?

creative sbs a500, sonic gear enzo 4000, or any altec lansing which is in ur budget range...

i would suggest M3300, i have one and all i can say that you will love it if you love clarity of sound.. but its not for basshead - bass a bit too muffle/muddy.. see reviews below:-

Such a big budget, please consider hifi system. 1k or less for speaker, 1.5k ish for amp, sub i not sure 700-1k? a couple hundred for cables.

Went to audit Z-5500D today in Digital Mall but the unit there is spoiled, they said that the product is discontinued.

Do you guys think it is still worthy to buy? Have to think about warranty issue.

Do you think Logitech will come out with another new product to replace it?

Hmmm, didnt know Logitech also suffers from quality issues. Perhaps the one at the shop was an isolated incidentt? I am targetting Logitech Z-2300, the only system which offers 200watts for below RM600.

u may want to try the jamo i300 or bose companion 5.

i think almost all multimedia speakers producer suffer from quality issue... rarely see any brand produce perfect speakers...

Is 1k+ budget enough for a good bookshelves system?

1k... try seach audio engine powered bookshelf.... hifi.. hard to do unless everything 2nd hand, but ussually very old.

If you go for old stuff, proly 1k can get you started with amp, speaker and cable. But if you want new stuff 2-3k. 2k you need to hunt really well.

i vote for the Edifier R501. some claims that the divoom comet D1 is decent. but i have no chance to audition them. do not recommend the creative and 3251. recently a forumer complaints about his newly bought 3251.

That is human bug lack of knowledge in sounding and output quality.

Firstly do u know how is the setup in ALL IT is?

They connect all speakers to one device that does the output. If the device is crappy the sound will also be crappy thats why i play high bitrate songs on my z-5500D

I am planning to get Logitech Z-2300. Worth it? It looks like a high end system but from 3-4 years back. I really like the 200 watts, hehehe but then again someone mentioned here that high wattage doesnt mean better or louder audio.
