Z523 and Z323, by the way, is Z4 still in the market?? Or it is discontinued already?? Haven't been here for so long d, what latest speaker also don't know hahahah.

i think almost all multimedia speakers emit any heat when cranked up.. but as long as it's within the limit it should not destroy the subwoofer.

worst music ive ever have is "DJ Billy E - Beats 4 My Van". its heating the subwoofer real fast. due to the low frequency of course.

Just got myself a Logitech's X540 (waiting for it to arrive). Currently using on board audio Realtek ALC1200 8 channel HD on Asus P5Q Pro. (games,movies & music)

Since I am living in a place where auditioning is out of the question, I have few questions to ask the knowledgeable in this topic.

1. Lets say if i were to get myself a sound card, will it improve the surround experience?

2. Will tweaking the setting of the on board be enough instead of getting a sound card?

3. If getting a sound card would be better, any recommendations? (budget <RM350)

juz tested mx5021... bass too strong,turned me into basshead...

so left s330 and c3..i guess

i dun wan strong bass.. used for movie.. slight boom is enuf.. mostly is clarity.. like can listen to conversation in the movie while having a bass..

Just got Logi X540 based on recommendations here. However got problem!! WHen im hearing extreme bass song, when I pump the volume PC hang. using on boad audio on p5Q Pro. Could you tell me whats happening?

Yup it is the vibrations..Moved the sub to the side of the table and all seem to be ok..Just aX540 and already vibrating like hell..Wonderwhat will other more high end sub will do...Very the scary movieee...

What floorstander u using?

I too have floorstand + z5500, no prob.

if it stands on the floor then its a floorstander/tower speaker lol, how many watts is ur amp? if u change ur speaker, might yeild better sound...

can anyone recommend me where is the place to fix multimedia speakers? i've labtec 2.1 which sound was very good and some says its equal to aego m SQ, haha..the faulty is, left speaker sumtimes dont produce sound..

how about Altec Lansing MX6021...any 1 here use it ?

Hmm, the Altec spec is very impressive. Feels like it can out perform Z2300 but i'm just guessing. Also noticed it cost about RM250 more than  Z2300.

I know there's a few sub RM100 2.1 speakers, but the nearest to RM100 is Sonic Gear Evo 3? But is it good? Anyone know any other 2.1 speakers around RM100 mark which is really good compared to its low price?

I heard Edifier is great for its subwoofer? But I need something for clarity, 320kbps audio playback, without noise in the background. Least possible

Wait...wait...I need to plug my speakers through the audio in(rgb) using a converter?

I'm pondering boutmy speaker purchase.

So, C3 vs S330?C3 has a much bigger satelite thus better sound effect and more room for sound vs S330 which has better bass.And yes, C3's satelites is made of wood and thus giving it a more "bookshelf" look

Need some expert's help here as i don't really trust the quality of the songs played at the computer shops

Usage: Music,gaming,movies
