Fresh grad with a diploma working in my company get RM1.2k, excluding benefit and claims for OT. If you are hardworking, can go up to an Engineer's pay ~ 3k.

If u ask me am i applying wat i pickup in uni now on my work
I would say: not at all, sounds pathetic but that's the truth
infact i dont think what im doing is technical at all,
other than pressing some buttons ( where technician know alot more than i do) does this count?? haha...
but some of my fren do "think" that's technical work, it's quite subjective right?
cus i feel that any1 who atleast understand eng lang could do the same job well ( just to write some reports other than the "technicals")
some may say that we hav to know some product knowledge...really? cus that's just naming n figures to me...
FYI, most of my frens involved in the same working environment as i do
which is manufacturing, either front/bac end..

just something to share~

this is normal... especially in MNC where processes are established. As an engineer, you supervise technicians and maintain your job functionality. If you are able to look for opportunity, carry out some cost savings projects or yield improvements.
Unless if you are seeking for the knowledge, then you need to look for new startup companies...else go into the R&D.
