Underpaid? Let's see, I work in a Bumi IT company with big vision, chasing projects here & there, currently doing well selling notebooks & PC under easy payment scheme. I'm the Head of Technical, handling R&D, testing, support, production, warranty, delivery, customer service, project, consulting....etc . Salary ? RM2000.

That's underpaid.

i do my internship at oil/gas company around klcc and getting paid RM700 per month...

Salary : RM 2000 not inclusive of benefits

After probationary period there will be a increment in pay, although how much is uncertain yet. Plus, with ISO and HACCP systems being certified soon, I hope to learn them up quick so that I can negotiate for a higher paycheck.

I think I'm happy with my job. smile.gif

i think with the right experience and using certs as a backup is always a good idea. No disadvantages having more certs. I think most companies will have some kind of salary bracket if u have certain experience + certs. So if u just have experience no cert, they may rather pay the same amount for someone who also has experience but with certs.
