i am currently working in kuching. equipment engineer. monthly salary ~ RM3600 (plus OT). been working for bout a year. this is my first job. am i underpaid?

well actually it all depends... normally without any public holidays, i'd would have to sweat out 50 hours for that ammount. but if there are one or two days of public hols within that month, then i will only have to put in like 30 hours. last month my salary ~RM4500

but honestly, working life sux

ok ok... u are really underpaid. i suggest that all of us try to apply to work in int'l oil/gas company. The pay there is really handsome.
