Job Desciption : IT Admin (asset mgmt, documentation), Sys Admin (unix,windows), ERP Admin, Web Admin, Apps Developer (VB,ASP,SQL), Tech Support (PC),
My Qualification: B. IT
Subordinates: 1
Company : MNC
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : Junior Management
Experience before joining : -
Current Salary : RM 2500 basic + RM700 variable allowance

Benefits:
1) No training at all on any area, functional or management
2) No decision making allowed
3) Recommendations for improvement are always welcome as long as you keep it to yourself
4) Play tai-chi on your dept budget with other departments all year long

Its tough for me to do this job cos I am IT grad. This job actual requirements is Bachelor in Performing Arts /Acting.

Ya man you should look around, ABAPERs pay well but depends on module. You must at least know FICO/HR combination then really good la. Lots of company outsource their ABAP and keep their basis ppl only. Don't be like me and end up wrong side of the fence (the outsourcer) hehe

Thanks for the supporting docs. Other bros here MLM debate belong in Kopitiam... but I am indeed happy to see that someone doing MLM actually earn decent money passively...

Looking at jobstreet's salary report, the salary range for IT is around 2-4k for < 5 years experience (exclude freshgrad).

Up to 5 years experience:
Executive is around 1800 to 4000
Senior Exec is around 2500 to 4500
Manager is around 3000 to 5000


I think the demographic here is also similar. Of course there will be higher earners due to niche job skills / pure luck.

Again, fresh grad with 2k+ is consider good+ already. If you feel you earn too little, go over to kopitiam and read dreamer101's thread. You might pick up some tips to save money...
