All experts here, from my curent job, am I underpaid?
and how much salary should i get?

Job Title : Programmer
Job Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, support (VB, MS SQL, Crystal Report)
Company : Private
Industry : IT software
Tenur : permanent
Employment Level : Junior executive
Experience before joining : Fresh grad
Duration with current company: 15 months
Salary : RM 2k

im currently working as a VB programmer, already have 1 year and 7 months experience and this is my first company.
My salary is 2k now, am i underpaid? how much should i get?

getting how much is not related to your result..
as long as u strong in programming and know the logic, pass the test when interview, then should be no problem..

basic salary, and base on the salary, minus out RM200.. then u'll get the final salary

start wif wat business? sell nasi lemak isit?
already studied so many years, won't do tat kind of business
setup a small company is not easy, need relationship wif those big power people. capital, expenses, a lot of fund..
