Is this DDR3 or DDR2

If DDR3 what is the revision and if DDR 2 what is the revision??

If DDR3 v5.1 probably you have Hynix, which is a bit sucks (cannot be because you cant go that low timing)

For sure DDR2....and for DDR2 to run 1066 at 5-5-5 on chips other than D9, you probably wont reach that high....around 900 to 950 can i guess for 5-5-5

Your OS files are probably corrupted from the failed OC attempt...try and repair installation...

last resort is plug out d hdd & pop it into another rig & back up d stuffs on desktop.
