make it as dual channel,
boot into bios, set to 1066 divider..

set timing 5-6-6-18-24-2T, set as 2.2Vdimm

give a try to boot happy.gif wish u luck

actually this is a problem when 1066 kit .. imo, it's just a bump from 800 modules, running it with tight timing is no no.. try to loosen it again..

i give the timing n voltage is for the first boot... normally 1066 is the oc version of ddr2-800, and it need a lot of volt and loose timing to operate.. when u manage to boot to 1066, change back to 2.1v and see.. use the timing that i give... or u can follow the timing that recommended at SPD cpuz area... see the value..
