how is that possible when there's no height channel in your 7.1 setup?

I believe the way they designed their sound file to use the speakers to project the sound up... Don't ask me how they did it. They did it. The difference is heaven and earth... Hearing is believing.

For rm8-9k, getting a decent 7.2 then getting better speakers would be better.

Most of the time a review done based on a person's subjective point of view. Like Jeresy Dickson's rubbish talk show I never watch as that jerk are biased to who ever paid him well.

I had used Yamaha and pioneer before. Personally pioneer is better in high end AVR. Yammy is more value for money

Marantz, Denon.
And nope, I won't get A3030 because of its remote.
Had very bad experience with my VSX-816, very easy to fail.

Keep the atmos behind, by changing the direct of the speaker, you will hear the difference.
Or to make it more work, just use your front speakers as rear speakers and the effect are totally different.

Well, I own Marantz 5007 and say it is value for money that I paid for.
I won't get 7008, but 7007, cheaper.
As for A3030, never personally tested it, but remote with LCD display are not a good idea to begin with.

Ya i hang it at the ceiling but have to look for good bracket to hold the spk if not bookself spk is quuet heavy. Any recommendation for the bracket. The bracket from one end is screw to the ceiling n another to the spk.
