Hi guys,
Just to share something from MoDaCo forum. ![]() This is a cool little phone manager app that works really well with Hero and G1. It's an app that runs a webserver from your phone that you can access over Wifi from any browser on the same network. Its a mobile phone portal app where basically allow you to view/add media on your phone, view pictures and change wallpaper, view your call log, read and send sms from the browser and more! You can get more details and download link from here: QUOTE http://android.modaco.com/content/htc-hero-hero-modaco-com/294622/moto-phone-portal/ Credit to pookie1@MoDaCo This post has been edited by ElmI: Oct 22 2009, 11:49 PM |

Ext USB was borned out of the need to have serial input and compatible with normal miniUSB at the same time. So it is ok to plug in a normal miniUSB cable. For your info Serial inputs are used by phone manufactures to lock/access the processor and baseband directly. The same stuff that is found in iPod Dock connector, Sony Erricson's adapters, nokia's are found as terminals under the battery. |

QUOTE(prazole @ Oct 24 2009, 05:06 PM) why is out TS not updating stuff on 1st page? I think the first page could use some updating, but i rather have a new thread talking about software and stuff because it can be used on all phones and not limited to Hero only. should compile some Q&A, links to useful software & updates.. easy for newcomer! The tips and Q&A are also applicable to all HTC phones in particular now that Magic also gotten sense. What we need is one thread on Q&A, Tips and Tricks, and if possible a rooting guide, since most phones in Malaysia don't get the google market. |
