Hi longamwai... could u check all my previous posts again? did i ever mentioned that you are the one who sold the fake jerseys to me? never right? the seller who sold the jersey to is an ebay seller with the nickname offside_zone... and i only referred the pictures in your classified are similar from the ebay seller who conned me... and all your pictures got offside_zone watermarks on them. if you happened to know this offside_zone man personally, can you advise him to refund my money?

p/s: BTW, I'm curious why you haven't answer all the questions by the people who interested with your jerseys in your classified since almost 3 months ago? and please don't underestimate me just because i just joined this forum recently...

bro, how can azuansabri be faulted as a buyer?

and based on the feedback from so many others, not just azuansabri alone, they have confirmation from your fren that the kits were originals even though they are clearly not.

and i think u have been in the forum long enough to know that fakes are getting better by the day and the "M and XL" only fakes, though still in existance, are no longer the only type of fakes (they were not the only ones to begin with). And looking at the price, one who is into collecting jersey would have suspected, and would check before endorsing or "putting up for reference".

i have seen ur link of ur classified ad posted in this forum and though u claim to put for ur fren, u cannot deny that all deals eminating from there may go through u! PM goes to u, messages go to u! u have to be responsible for ur posts, and whatever between u and ur fren is your responsibility as well. ur fren is answerable to u, u r answerable to the buyers on the forum. in the event of criminal investigation, you will be in the place of an accomplice to a crime which is punishable normally as what the offender would be sentenced anyway.

I am sad it has come to this, but am glad you still show up to put up your case. I hope you can help azuansabri with his claims against your fren and get him the refund since you have contact with your fren.

alterntively, i am really considering assisting him in lodging a police report on the matter as this has come to affect credibility of JCs here as well as at the other forum.

cheers.

POST: i see azuansabri has cleared the air that u were not (maybe) the one he bought from. glad for that. but still if u r really repentous u should remove ur classified or clarify the same instead of leaving it there and facilitating / luring more possible victims.

cheers

Max, the pictures of your jersey really look similar to the one a fellow LYN member asked me to help him get back his refund from the ebay seller from Singapore. I think the amount was like S$90 or so. That one was with starball and ronaldo 7 print.

i think we must be extra cautious next time when dealing. Even at MY-FJC since now there is a sudden influx of new members coming in. There's no way at all the admins there can turn down their request for joining.

but hope is not lost. May the passion in this hobby overcome this kind of situation in the future.

lol.. it was me la bro, i was the one who asked for your help nod.gif

Btw azuansabri, if u read the feedbacks from the ebay page offside zone, the first few feedbacks are mostly from the same customers, only recently there are new buyers... maybe i could ask redyap as he is one of the recent buyer.. thumbup.gif I think redyap did not realize either whether his jersey is ori or not.. lol

This story like allowing friends to post on his behalf sounds awfully familiar like the story in lyn trade resolution thread. Sounds like conman talk to me. no offense though.

i agree that if you wanna sell on behalf of a friend, you have to be responsible if not partly.

IMHO,most of sellers from ebay.com.my sells fake stuff, but there are a few who are reputable. A point is to bid when the seller positive feedback is more than few hundreds.
