WTF..

RM390?!

Can you compile everything and later share with us the photos of the jerseys he sold to you?

I am getting very upset now.

And as what chcher said.. you can take action against him if he still refuses to refund back..

A good lesson to others, please check with the seniors here or myself if you want to be sure that a jersey is really authentic or not. There are good honest sellers in LYN and ebay but then people like this tarnishes the good name of others.

I wonder how was he allow into Jerseyman's jersey forum, looks like there was security breached. Please be more careful.

May I suggest jerseyman to maintain a list of fake jersey sellers into his first page R&R so forummers can deter from buying so-called 'ori' jerseys from them?

There's no such thing as security breached, who knew he would turn out to be fraudster?

I will compile everything once i got back my camera from my gf...
Actually, i never knew before that a forum here and also my-fjc that can be resource for original jersey collectors until i was conned. I only knew the existence of this forum after i googled 'what is the difference between original jersey and fake jersey'...

Maybe this price with NNS printing, dont be sad taiko.  cry.gif
the price is for 3 jerseys, all for MU's last season... i thought he got it cheap since it's already off season & his ebay feedback also look convincing...
QUOTE(zaidizero @ Aug 31 2009, 10:38 PM)
@azuansabri, rm390 is a lot of money, has you file a dispute with ebay or resolution zone in lyn? Hope you can get your money back, any forumer can get this guy info? This guy is a fraudster

zaidi, i haven't file a dispute with ebay becoz i thought i want to 'selesai secara baik'... but as he still don't refund my money, i think it is the time for me to retaliate...

Max, the pictures of your jersey really look similar to the one a fellow LYN member asked me to help him get back his refund from the ebay seller from Singapore. I think the amount was like S$90 or so. That one was with starball and ronaldo 7 print.

i think we must be extra cautious next time when dealing. Even at MY-FJC since now there is a sudden influx of new members coming in. There's no way at all the admins there can turn down their request for joining.

but hope is not lost. May the passion in this hobby overcome this kind of situation in the future.

Mate...

Do you possibly thing that I can predict all this to happen?

Last time we had a joker who caused trouble in the old thread... Likes to cause havoc, cari gaduh and post with RED coloured uppercase wordings.. Then he has another nickname, pretended to be that the original troublemaker wasn't him but his brother.. (he can tipu everyone but I have proof and I know la it was him all along.. we live in IT world ma.... remember all ip addresses are trackable) but still... with all the IT skills and whatever superhuman powers I might have, how I can tell something like this to happen?

Anyway because of this famous troublemaker, I had to filter those who wanted to join. But I feel betrayed because this guy was ok with me and originally kept asking questions nicely in this thread. Then later he was caught selling fakes.. That makes me feel cheated.

Will consider doing it later.. But I don't want to humiliate people.. lets see how he sorts out his problem with azuansabri first. I am concerned on that and also feel pity with others who were cheated by the seller before. Sigh.. feels like I failed you guys..

azuan,

Try to talk nicely to the seller and ask him to refund you. If he doesn't want to, you can talk to chcher and see what legal actions you can consider.

Hope that you can settle this 'secara baik'. I don't like confrontations as well..

And for the ebay purchase, we have 45 days limit before we can raise dispute. But I warn you, raising a dispute in ebay via paypal might not help because the geniuses at paypal for some reason still needs written endorsement proof from liable sources like Nike or Adidas to confirm that they are fake. I tried that and went to Nike Sales HQ office at The Curve, but it is pointless because they won't help because it was bought from ebay.

Again guys.... next time, if you are scared a jersey is fake or not, ask in this thread. We have experts around like chcher, pyroboy1911 and also members like akkmutd0711 or others to help... If jerseyman is not around.

i was cheated by his positive feedbacks... maybe all of his previous buyers are beginners, don't know how to detect fake jersey, and then just leave positive feedback... i'm beginner too but the jerseys that he sold to me are obviously fake and i knew it straight away after i opened the parcel... and buying 3 jerseys in one order is actually blessing in disguise because i can compare the tags attached... how can 3 different jerseys got same tags. same product codes, same color codes and same serial numbers?

RM390 is for 3 Manchester United jerseys for 07/09 home, 08/09 away and 08/09 3rd kits...
