I suppose no don't have. I searched upside down in the app still can't get the stop plan button like previously. So, I deactivate the plan via SMS.
I have emailed to Tunetalk to ask, but there is no reply from them. I hope there will be stop button, if not really inconveniences.

Do we need to pay for the SMS? I think you can contact them via social media, faster these days.

Yes, the most important party which people should be contacting after changing mobile providers is their BANKS.

They'll make the necessary change for the gateway to send your security TACS/OTP out

glad it work for u..

unfortunately for me though, it doesnt.. the banks and services feedback to me that there's no way they can change the gateway for individual phone number

and its been 2 months since i ported into Tunetalk, the TAC/OTP issue still persist regardless of which parties (TT, banks, services, etc) were trying to assist me

as i couldnt stand it anymore, i ported out..

guess what, all the needed TAC/OTP were received accordingly on the very first day i successfully ported into the other telco.. without needing the 3-7 days of 'cooling period'.. without the need to inform anyone as well

therefore, i noticed that the big 3 telcos (or 4) are quite consistent in successfully delivering TAC/OTP (regardless of prepaid or postpaid) when compare with MVNOs

i came across from other threads regarding certain portion of users facing TAC/OTP issue and most of them are on MVNOs

Which bank and services are you using? I tried Maybank and they were glad to assist me with the gateway transfer. Instead of the old 62000, I'm now getting 66628 for my TAC gateway used for Celcom and its MVNOs instead.

Hi guys.

If someone call me from overseas (e.g. London) and I am in Malaysia, will I be charged for the call?

Just to clarify:

1. I am in Malaysia with local Tunetalk number
2. I am using prepaid Tune Buddies Pack
3. I receive a call from overseas, the caller is not Malaysian number but overseas number

When I renewed for 365 days validity, it deducted RM100 from my credit balance. Where can I see that transaction history?

Then it has to be Citibank and SC for not providing the correct gateway for their TACs to Celcom and its MVNOs subscribers.

The next way to pressure them is to write to MCMC and threaten to terminate their banking services for not supporting certain telcos in this country.
