QUOTE(JuneResources @ Sep 12 2025, 11:00 PM) Ok, thanks for your information. I plan to switch from my xox number to another telco which better pricing of the validity. My another number already utilize for Hotlink, so far so good the validity. Just need another backup to park my number which want to use celcom network in case the maxis line got issued. Meanwhile, your this Epik Plus plan for RM35 validity. Is that plan is PPU data usage? OR totally no connections even you turn on the data plan? Sometimes need to be caution because nowadays phone behind got running some data usage although your data is off. It's especially last time I kena due to the VOLTE setting, been charges few cent few cent (total up few ringgit) gone.. The app mention as pay per use internet, but from my testing so far, the internet couldn't even send a WhatsApp text. I also never been charge unless for pay per use calls.

Any reason to switch tariff to epik+ plus from ttjimat? I really minimal data and navigation. I mainly care about my 365 validity plan, rm35 a year and buying data only as needed.
Does Epik+ have free data?

Anyone facing issues with auto renewal of tunetalk epik plan? I always have to renew manually even though the app already set to auto renew using my credit card

Hey guys im thinking of switching from celcomdigi postpaid to the new Tunetalk Epik+28 because the pricing is very attractive and I really dont need that much data. I only need about 10GB hotspot data mainly for taking zoom / teams work calls (with video) on the go.
That said Im concerned about indoor coverage and line quality. Mainly im in the klang valley. Hows the line reliability like? does MVNO data get deprioritised vs the main line? from my research tune talk uses celcomdigi network so coverage wise should be ok right?
Also i need occasional roaming in Singapore (at least to receive SMS otp). dont need data plan for roaming.

Celcomdigi prepaid has this NX25 plan that give 40gb + hotspot + unlimited calls for rm25. It supports wifi calling so it can receive sms even when in airplane mode as long as connected to wifi. Hi all, I've been looking at prepaid's 365 validity plans and I think hotlink prepaid pantas is by far the best. From my understanding, I can buy 365 validity at RM30 and then if I need data, I could buy one of these that also have 365 day validity? Let say I buy 8gb at RM15 and then used it all up, I can then buy more no matter how many times? Can anyone confirm this? Really good deal this! Edit: Fucuk me posted at the wrong thread! Last year managed to buy Validity 365 after SMS Upgrade to Epik.
Recently, TuneTalk remove the Validity 365 RM28 option from their app so this will be the end of my TuneTalk Buddies subscription. Need to use up all my BPs and credit before port over. TuneTalk was good while it lasted for my use case.
Liked TuneTalk because their FB Messenger Customer Service was really good and their website are based on Self Service. Too bad Self Care remove one of the features I used in the past... that is to disable Voice Mail, MMS, etc.
Still thinking whether to pay RM30 for Hotlink Pantas or just port into mobile@unifi since mainly to keep a number, telco calls are for emergencies and little PPU data for navigation. Mainly on WiFi. mobile@unifi is still like the past I think .. where you make a call, sms or data use and the validity extends 90 days.
Mine ends in July 2026 so still got some time.
