QUOTE(blstz @ Oct 17 2017, 03:46 PM) new +vibe plan is tempting... are there any data speed cap for tunetalk 3G/4G as compared to celcom network at the same location? i remember few years back when i was on tunetalk, i could get around 8Mbps on tunetalk but around 16Mbps on celcom network at the same location. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « speed of 4g+ at penang gurney this afternoon |

QUOTE(okuribito @ Oct 18 2017, 10:15 PM) Btw, for those who signed up for vibe 200 earlier with 6Gb pmth, have you been given a pro-rata upgrade from 16 October (date they upped the plan to 20Gb)? i dont c any pro rated top up of quota. may b my line monthly cycle was stucked.Let's say if you started on the 6th, did they up your entitlement to (5Gb x 10/30) + (20Gb x 20/30) ? Or will they only give you the upgrade from your next anniversary - 6th of Nov? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Yes, it is per MB. To me Tunetalk is cheap only because of the RM10/year validity and RM200 for 240GB. Dont forget its running on Celcom 4g+ network, so keep your eye on the data counter if you r not subscribing any data plan/exceeding the data quota |

QUOTE(okuribito @ Oct 24 2017, 07:09 PM) But funny thing is my unused credit from months ago still can use wor. Last time, when I top up RM30, I got only 1.5 Gb free (damn shit kedekut hahaha) & valid 30 days. If I dun topup, I cannot use my unused credit which kept on building up because i make very little calls. Only can use if I top up another 30rm. Now I'm still using my unused credit from those days ignore the app status if your monthly renewal is crossing 16 Oct and not yet due for renewal. *134# is the correct balance. App status will back to normal after this transitional month.@blstz, i think 1Gb = 1,000Mb .... eg 1.11Gb = 1,110Mb . So if look at the counter in the tt app, that's why I say cannot get down to 1Mb level BUT if check usage using *134#, it gives Kb hahahaha awesome! i just check my app say I use 16.76Gb / 20Gb. Stupid implementation because they actually not yet gimme new 20Gb allocation. They said 16.76Gb actually mean I used 2.76Gb based on the old 6Gb. But *134# shows balance 3,397,504Kb ie I used 2.602496 Gb. The app show I used more than *134# usage So NVM - if want most granular/detailed usage number, i think use *134# |

QUOTE(Cynox @ Oct 26 2017, 12:01 PM) Just bought a RM30 Top Up for tunetalk and will be receiving the sim card by today. Want to test out the network coverage in my areas first before subscribing for the +Vibe RM200. i hv 3 lines, 2 lines for family mainly because of the 365 with minimum usage (like RM10-RM30 call/year), another mainly for data with vibe 200. so top up 50 in any number then share between 3 lines, can use for half year Can anyone advise what is the cheapest way to utilise the data plan with minimum credit? Activate +Vibe 15? I will be solely using the line for data only. This is my first time using prepaid sim, so kinda blur. Thank you in advance for any advice. |

QUOTE(SuperSperm @ Oct 30 2017, 10:14 AM) Let's say I subscribe vibe 200 then top-up credit Rm5... I think most of u miss understanding the +vibe 200. Actually there are 2 plans:Can use the rm5 throughout 1 year validity? Or RM 5 only valid 5 days to talk? Thanks Under Datatata Plan 120GB* Yearly Plan - 10GB* allocation per month (30 days) for 12 months from date and time of subscription at the cost of RM200 per year and comes with 1 year airtime validity from date of subscription. (*Limited Time Offer) Tune Talk subscribers must have the following minimum balance in their Tune Talk prepaid main balance in order to subscribe to the Plans: 120GB Yearly Plan – RM201.00 +Vibe Plan 240GB Yearly Plan - 20GB allocation per month (30 days) for 12 months from date and time of purchase at the cost of RM200 per year and comes with 1 year airtime validity from date of purchase. Payment for the plans must be made using a Local Malaysian Credit Card or Debit Card (must enable online transactions at the respective bank first) accepted by our payment gateway. so u may keep your RM5 until the expiry date of 1 year airtime validity |

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Nov 9 2017, 08:44 PM) As of today & for the past 2 weeks, I'm happy with the service...but this is the critical decision as once we have bought the +Vibe200 plan, maybe they will start throttle the connections and we kind of wasted RM200 for the next 12 months... mine purchase in August, 72GB/year that time, now is the 3rd month. the speed mostly same as celcom, but sometime its better than celcom at certain area during peak hour.Who are the guinea pigs....? Can give some insights...? |

QUOTE(tympg @ Nov 16 2017, 10:38 AM) The "Valid Until" date should be called something else. That's just monthly cycle date where the monthly quota gets reset. Quite misleading. The important date to pay attention is the "Top Up Validity" date. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « updated to same date now. its important to those who rely on the app balance. e.g. if i finished the balance yesterday and thought it will renew the data cycle today, then every bit i use today kena PAYU lor. |

QUOTE(bernbern84 @ Nov 20 2017, 12:16 PM) I try to port in from digi to tune talk. I hv received my sim card with a temporary new number. Ask tune talk cs livechat regarding this but they ask me to call 0107777112. Somemore this is not a free line and they charge us as standard. Even sms to 2222 oso kena charge. Now i really wonder whether I should proceed with my mnp.Disappointed. give TT and urself one last chance, sign up a twitter account for yourself then private msg TT official account. many type of queries including port in can be settled thru their twitter cs |
