If buy the 120GB datatata plan, they say give 10GB data/month and 1 year validity.. IF I only use 5gb a month will the unused 5GB data be carried forward to the next month?

If someone call me from overseas (e.g. London) and I am in Malaysia, will I be charged for the call?

Just to clarify:

1. I am in Malaysia with local Tunetalk number
2. I am using prepaid Tune Buddies Pack
3. I receive a call from overseas, the caller is not Malaysian number but overseas number
