Currently I'm using DiGi biGBonus RM28.
Unlimited calls + 4GB + 2GB (3mth Digi user) + biGBonus 30GB + 10GB Music/Video.

Are there any comparable plans to this from Tunetalk? Doesn't have to be exactly RM28.

Since I ported my Maxis Postpaid, all my numbers are now DiGi. I feel I should get a number or 2 with other telcos as a backup.

are you ok bro ?

If backup just port to onexox. FOC for 2 years. Just initial sim RM10 with RM5.30 balance which then you can use during emergency.

but i dont have issue with other numbers even when roaming, such as 63633,63839, etc.. it seems to only apply to number from 62000.. unfortunately, most of the service im using, use this number to send out TAC

this has been going on for almost a month since the MNP.. TT customer service maybe also scared of me already for my constant follow-up with them to solve the issue

how to check if my roaming telco is good with celcom or tunetalk?
*
You need to call your bank up and update your new provider telling them which telco you switched to.

They'll change the gateway for you instead of the 62000.

For some reason Maxis, Digi, and Umobile use 62000 as its TAC gateway but Celcom and its MVNOs do not.

Don't bother the 10GB BASIC INTERNET quota... It's only 64kbps speed...

thanks for the reply @Candy12

wondering is it possible for the bank to change the gateway to suit a specific telco's user? pardon me if im wrong.. but my understanding is that the gateway is already fixed for their service, such as all TAC will be send out through their registered gateway (in this case, 62000) to all of their credit card users who requested a pin for online transaction

i would state another example.. when i login to ASBN website.. they will also required TAC in order to make any transaction.. and guess what, their TAC also comes from 62000.. so i dont think they'll be able to change anything so that i can receive their TAC from a different number do they?

i'd actually inform the switch of telco to both the bank and ASNB.. both had acknowledge and replied there shouldnt be any problem as long as my phone number remain the same

till date, the problem still persist

normally 24-48 hours

for my case, its done in less than 48 hours after i replied 'yes' to my former telco..

one important thing to note, make sure u're still on ur former telco network when u replied the sms (as in u're not roaming with other network).. after ur replied sms, u will receive another confirmation sms regarding ur departure from the telco.. slowly u will notice the telco signal will run out.. thats a good indication the port-out is successful and u can change the sim for ur new telco

It's getting on my nerves already. It's worse for me since I don't have any broadband at my place.
