Does anyone have any problem with the USSD code (bank TAC) using tune talk? My friend faced this problem and was to to contact back individually. Got fed up then MNP to U mobile and problem didn't occur.

Any difference in data performance among these telcos:
1. Celcom
2. Tune Talk
3. Tone Plus
4. Red tone
5. XOX.

Or are they all the same since they are all MVNO tied to Celcom.

Speedtest may show very good results but some sites esp Malaysiakini in facebook takes a long time to load. This is not the case with Umobile GX30 even though cap at 3Mbps sites load fast and consistent.

I did a test with my dual sim phone yesterday with umobile sim and tune sim. Umobile sim did load faster for Facebook -Malaysiakini site while tune always stuck 3/4 way. Tune at my area was 4G+ and more than 30Mbps download tested with speedtest.net as compared to Umobile 4G at 3 Mbps. Location is Batu Pahat, Johor town center.

It usually happens to Facebook - Malaysiakini site. There must be something in the script that slows or preventing the fast download that I still do not understand. Home WIFI for the same site load very fast with Unifi.

Any tech savy person care to explain?

I notice that this is typical for those on Celcom network. When I check with their SC they deny it and says that it could be due to phone settings. Since you mentioned it I just repeat my observation.

Why am I keep getting this message. My validity is until July 2019.

Can I switch from Value Plan back to the old buddies plan?

The new RM 200 for 120 GB 1 year plan (TT Value Plan):
My understanding is we have to top up RM 200 in the tune talk ac first and subscribe from the bal. instead of using direct payment from credit card as in the previous +VIBE plan.
This will also cover the access time for 1 year.
Am I correct?

Did anyone who upgrade from Buddies plan to TTVP get their 3GB free data yet.? It should be available for 6 months for those who upgrade tune talk from 14Jan2019.

Sometimes the APN "Tune Talk" doesn't work on my phone and I have to switch to "Celcom Internet". Sometimes it's the reverse. Has anyone come across this situation?

If you are on buddies plan, you can subscribe to long life @ RM28. After that you can upgrade to TTVP and still be on one year validity plus another 6 months of free 3 GB without topping up anything.

If you port in direct or new line, you’ll be on TTVP. Tune talk is trying to migrate all to TTVP that’s why you get the 6 months free 3 GB data.

New number only?

This is for new number/new SIM only. Benefits are max RM25 rebate & 6 mths of 3GB ea month.
If MNP you get 12 mths of 3 GB ea month. Total of extra 18 GB. Comes to RM1.39 (RM25/18) per GB. I still think the MNP is more beneficial.

Is booster available for VIP Plan?

In Puchong Jaya, TT also has intermittent problems the last 2 days.
