QUOTE(xixo_12 @ Nov 20 2019, 08:27 PM) done process tq bro for helping i subscribe to m10.. lets say i want to change plan next mth.. can i? if i stop this one early, does the plan will run until end of mth.. afraid i forgot to stop it thats great.. yes u can change to another data after the validity of ur current data plan expired (take note the RM10 data plan is renew automatically though) and by stopping i assume u mean switch to another data plan? if so then ur current plan (regardless of whether u still have any remaining data quota, call minutes, etc) will be forfeited and replace by the new data plan that u chose

We can just use the TuneTalk apps (Android & iOS) to topup & subscribe... No need to use 2222 USSD SMS code...

QUOTE(xixo_12 @ Nov 21 2019, 02:34 PM) ok noted.. tq for helping.. However, if topup directly using TuneTalk app, we ain't get any extra benefits... Therefore, topup/reload using e-Wallet services like Boost, Grabpay, Touch'NGo, etc to maximize "Return of Investment"... Cashback from ShopBack, Milk-A-Deal also available where applicable...

QUOTE(jas029 @ Nov 20 2019, 11:41 AM) thanks for the reply @Candy12 wondering is it possible for the bank to change the gateway to suit a specific telco's user? pardon me if im wrong.. but my understanding is that the gateway is already fixed for their service, such as all TAC will be send out through their registered gateway (in this case, 62000) to all of their credit card users who requested a pin for online transaction i would state another example.. when i login to ASBN website.. they will also required TAC in order to make any transaction.. and guess what, their TAC also comes from 62000.. so i dont think they'll be able to change anything so that i can receive their TAC from a different number do they? i'd actually inform the switch of telco to both the bank and ASNB.. both had acknowledge and replied there shouldnt be any problem as long as my phone number remain the same till date, the problem still persist Yes I had the same problem as you, MNP out of Digi into Tunetalk, all 62000 TAC sms didn't came in after that. Phone up the bank told the details about changing provider then they said yes that was the right thing to do. An hour later I requested another security TAC from Maybank, the sms came in but this time not from 62000 anymore forget what was the number but the gateway was changed I believed it was meant for their customers coming from Celcom and its MVNOs.

They'll make the necessary change for the gateway to send your security TACS/OTP out

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Nov 26 2019, 07:31 PM) Better call Careline @ 03-2772 0000 for next action(s). Okay registered and got the app. Gonna try out some of the data plans. Very satisfied with the speed and stability over the week. 1. So the 120gb 12 month plan, am I only paying for the data or am I also paying year validity? e.i Will I need to reload to have valid airtime during the whole twelve months to use the data. 2. what happens to data I do not use from a previous month? 3. after data plan is exhausted, to have FBI I just need to have validity right?

From time to time I will need to help my mum to activate daily plan when she goes back to our hometown. I have the app installed on my phone and I will activate and cancel it from my side. How am I supposed to do it for her now? She won't know how to cancel via SMS, well we don't live together.. I really hope someone in TT notices this.. All this while available and suddenly being removed, not sure what's the intention.

I searched upside down in the app still can't get the stop plan button like previously. So, I deactivate the plan via SMS. I have emailed to Tunetalk to ask, but there is no reply from them. I hope there will be stop button, if not really inconveniences.
