My unit is facing east so there is no blockage and this view anything above 10th floor is good.

I have never been to the flats, only went up to Block-C roof top before

I think KLCC view should be have higher value from bank valuer..

Bread also increased 20 sen from RM3.00 to RM3.20 (6.67% increase).

So house prices in the next couple of weeks will also see some inflationationary increase.

mine is block A ..3rd floor..guess that becomes the 8th floor inclusive car park.facing golf course...whats the market price..

Yea, you are lucky as ur unit is located at the far end of Block A, thus KLCC view is unblock by Block C.. KLCC is about 30 degree clockwise from your unit.. whatever view is more than 60 degree clock wise will be block by Block C..

How nice is KLCC view btw? how many km away is this KLCC? is it something like 2 dots in a picture?

you can try to go to Giant Kinrara top level and see.. initially i tot its only 2 dots, but not as bad as I imagine initially, but dont expect it to be as big as though you are looking from condos in KLCC... direct line of sight - 13.3km, dont forget, Zest is on higher ground compare to surrounding except DBKL flat....

Yeah I can imagine the night view over seeing KL must be nice and at 18+5 = 23 floors up should be like looking from a descending airplane gua....cant wait to collect keys and see......

It would not be too bad for the scenery. Furthermore, imagine watching it during New Year....you could actually see various fireworks being launched in KL.

By the way, when we obtain the keys in due time, would we be subjected to some kind of extra payments to the developer? Heard that my friend got charged by developer, but its of different project..
