Are u guys tellin me ...whoever owns a unit a Block A will get a better selling margine as its facing Golf course??????!!!?????
  How much is the Bank fee/fine to pay if we decide to end the loan within the 2 years lockin period..some banks less..la liek RHB 2 years.. Anyone knows any new properties developments..Landed,Freehold, 2 story,semi d homes?? In Selangor.. I m looking at one..the One by Mah Sing is freaking expensive..Any suggestion?? |

mine is block A ..3rd floor..guess that becomes the 8th floor inclusive car park.facing golf course...whats the market price..

I know its the not right forum..but just wanna know ant has bought/got ideas to buy any land properties..
have u guys seen/came across mk land projects..or mah sing..value abt rm400-600k.. Its feels good to see zest goin up well..cant for it to complete..hopefully all goes well. |
