Actually the developer already request money from bank regarding for our car park construction. However, I still haven't receive a bank statement for my first prepayment yet...

purchaser advised to add 40% to breakeven. hence, easily rm400k.

i heard bandar kinrara next launch of double-storey link is going for rm680k in june. when it's ready, it'll fetch rm800k. all because of location, location, location!!!

hence zest for rm400k is very very very cheap!!!

Wow, Block B 40% is Rm400. Then wat about Block C, cause earlier Block C selling Rm240K If gain price like Block B Rm400K, then it would be 60%.. sui!!!

Ya ya, agreed.. Rm700K can buy a super link house in Shah Alam with 30x80 already. However, like u all said. 22x75 is rm700k in this area, then our condo price cincai cincai can sell up to rm400K... haha good.

Was doing some googling & SW 1138sf is selling at rm433k already, so in 2yrs time, TZ ought to b able to get reach that rite.

Comparing both :

SW - 'branded' developer, prime location but damn congested road even with tidal flow
TZ - adjacent golf club, kinrara address, near bkt jalil (note i included this because i believe those who work there might wanna stay here compared to condos in bkt jalil that are pock marked by students)

SW ought to b able to attract a more mature population & bigger paycheck compared to SW which appeals to youngsters who like to b in the middle of the action.

Added on January 15, 2011, 10:32 amIm really happy to heard that Zest will be early completion. In fact Im buying this property for investment purpose.. But now seems to have interest for own stay. BTW, if I can let go the unit with Rm450K, I will let go.. If not then own stay... Anyone interest can PM me.. HAHA.. My unit, Block C, facing KLCC, 1260 SqFt.

Naleh, hey don't talk big, later when the property shoot up to RM500K, then how u keep your promise.. Will u still sell at RM480K?? Because for what my opinion is, ZR block A selling RM 400K for 1200 sqft. And the agent said Block B will increase to RM420K. Then Block C is RM450K Block D is RM480K. But bare in mind those investor for ZR, they sure goreng until the price reach RM520K before completion. Then our Zest, since the location is much better and is already completed. We can easily sell at RM520K end of this year..

Haha.. Im still not sure.. If I sell the property once completion. I will kena the property gain tax and the loan penalty.. If that case, Y dun I stay for another 2 years and sell.. Maybe that time, the price shoot up to RM600K haha
