350-400k i would say is fair price for zest, but more than 400k ...need some justification n can opt to look at other options..

yeah....big gap....still it depends on buyer...though its a bit out.

For second block, it's about rm230k for 1100 sq ft n
Rm 260k for ard 1200 sq ft.
Double the price liao....last time it took couple
of months to sell 1 block. Now I think 3 days gone, just like
M city in Ampang. Crazy

Blok A facing golf course shld b higher.

Too many seller, 350-400 shld be realistic.
Blok A more expensive is becoz facing so called
golf view n also last block launched.
Tend to be more expensive

450-500k...I can get double storey n lots
more condo in bj....

Other than golf view, if not mistaken Blok
A has other perks. Can't remember, slight golf view

He he, I know... coz TT boss same clan as me.
Last time got the so called 360 projected view
from computer during the sales period. Not only dbkl but water
treatment plant facing Blok b.
Nevertheless, the zest quality is good, thumbs up
