One South LEASEHOLD.. location KOYAK.. no walking distance to LRT... furthermore, work just started there...
Zest near completion, at least the level of getting abandone is lesser than those which only starting to construct...

Have more confident in what you bought... dont underestimate it...

Ya, The Place at cyberjaya also selling for up to RM500 per sq ft . Is a new development somemore with smalle build up. I didn;t see why TZ cant fetch the price with its strategic location

The condos in CB expensive cos setiaHaruman sell land xpensive, developers there shortchanged.
