450k 500k can go for pj property already.

cant say totaly Yes..from my opinion, and my job as a real estate agent, buyer feedback. for alot of people who is work in pj, if they are not budget problem, they wont choose in after the sunway toll, ( that means in puchong or kinrara site) . If 500k budget for buying condo for own stay, pj too many choice. n one thing, pj land is rare now . do u think the value will more better than kinrara? But bro, this is my opinion n some research i done.^^

Added on April 7, 2011, 11:31 pm500k can fight with savanna. 500k can rent out fully furnish for RM2500 500k can rent out unfurnish for RM1800 Good investment~ but say true 1, now days all property price are grow, for kinrara mas. presale 1091sf around RM 160k, handover key 1 yr time, now subsales go for RM 280k...
