ya.. correct kl view but then its not really kl view la.. its more towards paragon/equine view. sell edi can get a landed property in puncak jalil lo. cheaper compared to other landed property.

oh, i suppose its the corner type A 1205 sqf unit facing kl/kinrara golf. hehe, if u decide to keep ur unit instead of flipping, we definitely would be neighbours...mine's type C on the same floor brows.gif

am pretty sure i wouldnt flip my unit here for one in puncak jalil, even though its landed.

erm.. your building orientation is kinna confusing.. paragon and equine is south.. only Block A and Block B south view will face there...

since yours is Block C.. its either east or west... All the view view are very subjective nod.gif

cant say totaly Yes..from my opinion, and my job as a real estate agent, buyer feedback. for alot of people who is work in pj, if they are not budget problem, they wont choose in after the sunway toll, ( that means in puchong or kinrara site) . If 500k budget for buying condo for own stay, pj too many choice. n one thing, pj land is rare now . do u think the value will more better than kinrara? But bro, this is my opinion n some research i done.^^

I think the "new factor" has some influence in buying condos given the same price... "New" as in newer building, and more exciting concept and landscaping.. I am sure new condo with more lifestyle concept will not be RM500k in PJ..

Forgive me being impolite, your statement seems like everyone is working in PJ, and why choose puchong..
what about ppl who work in puchong, TPM and cyberjaya? if got 500k why buy puchong and not buy PJ? are you saying although buyers who are working at south region should buy PJ even tough need to travel and pass sunway toll??

I think the key is different products cater for different buyers with different requirement.. there is no 1 area that suit everyone... thus cant agree on your statement "450k 500k can go for pj property already."

Tolls don't make a difference in where to stay ler, how else to explain why jammed.
Buying a location someone desires is more important. Who knows after u change job suddenly have to travel to the other side of toll ahha..

in terms of distance, it's almost the same which is about 20km...but if i stay in pj and work at klcc area, i just take LRT, there area plenty pf LRT station at PJ and can it's direct link to KLCC station..

PJ's transportation choice as of today is far more superior..........for same price n if I work in town center most likely will stay in PJ too.........

frm bk can use MEX highway direct to kl center, but need to pay toll la, but i think is less jam like federal highway which use frm PJ to kl center...
