Its your personal opinion, so I prefer not to comment on that. But looking at Zest's location, commercial factor, ample carparks, promised facilities, supposedly decent landscaping & facade, am fairly confident that it would be one of the top 3 highrise of choice upon VP within the BJ, Kinrara, and Puchong vicinity, n able to command the projected rentals.
Feel free to disagree............not that it mattered anyways.....

My concern is always the distance from the city center and the class of that area....kinrara is far from city center and well, is stil consider middle class area....axis ampang in terms of distance (near to city center) have overcome the surrounding problem....and yet the zest is far frm city center and in a medium class area, maybe surrounding is better than pandan area, but not that good compare to DPC and mont kiara/hartamas, and yet the distance is too far frm city center...more than 15km.......so.....well.......i think the rental at puchong/kinrara area never perform good so far..right?...or maybe the zest will make a different since PAI GOR invest on it....

my tenants whose inititally stay with family at kinara and puchong area, also hv to rent the rooms from me at hartamas area because they told me the jam is terrible.....

....so who r going to spent 2k to rent the zest?.....those working in kl,pj area?...if not them?....then who?

yes, taman desa is better location..........
like i told you, i gt few tenants at puchong/kinrara area, rather spent the money rent the rooms frm me, fyi, one small room cost them at least RM350 above...........just because the pcuhong/kinrara is jam like mad.......if raining, the bukit jalil highway in front of the zest, certain part will hv flood....terrible jam....
