wah..if can reach 350 psf. tat is great.but i dont think will reach tat price within this 5yrs. But i stil hope will reach tat price within 10yrs.

i think Audi is talking about the new project being 350 psf...

True test will be in 2012, when all the nearby development are up and running.. plenty of supply by then... (Savana 2, Covillea, Endah Promande, 1 Petaling, Zest, a little further will be Atmosfera, Koi Kinrara, Setia Walk, soon to be ready Villa Park, Sierra Residency, Kinraramas, soon to be launch few more condos in BJ by Berjaya and Trinity)

Unless prime area like KLCC and MK recover, its a ripple effect..

yea man.. i was hoping to buy atmosfera.. i like the design very much.. location wise, not that bad.. but it was a whopping 350k for a 1400sf unit sweat.gif
well, if there is higher unit, i might still put my downpayment

unfortunately, by the time i was there, most of it are sold out..
now i'm just waiting for it to be completed, and see how the price go.
i don't think the price can still increase further

don't you know now u need very little money to own a 300k house?
as low as 3k down payment, you can own a 300k house

of course, 30 years installment period and a lot of interest
but, somehow the fact where 3k d/p and can own a house, a lot of young adults are tempted
including me... but i still can keep my patience tongue.gif

with annual migration set at 3-5% in KL/Selangor area, there will be people looking for a place over their head, either renting or owning it.
the few developments you mentioned have quite a big price difference in them. to me Savanna 2 and Covillea owners will not be the same as those in Endah Promenade and The Zest.

Bro,

You might bought a unit at Covillea. cool2.gif

But be realistic, we are living in Malaysia & not China. Not everybody is "goreng" the property price like what had happened in Covillea.

There is no way bukit jalil can match Mont Kiara's price in 3 years time.

we're not talikng about matching mont kiara which is going to selling like rm1,200 psf & klcc rm2,000 psf. we're talking about gold view condo come 2012 is going to be rm700 psf only.

Agreed...it is simply too much...over do. rclxub.gif And then yes, the pictures are more impressed than the show unit. But overall, still quite nice nod.gif

I don't think I will go for the renovation package if they really provide this service. As I won't be able to monitor the additional things (power point, switch, air-con point ect.) that I would want to add-on to my unit. I don't want the hassle with the job done that is not what I expect. Unlike renovate after the unit has finish, we can actually measure, design and allocate all the additional stuff properly according to our preference.

Don't want to use imagination again to renovate my house... wink.gif

mirrors are not cheap. even if they offer 100% as per what the showunit is, i doubt many can afford it. i know i am not able to afford those ID.
