zest is still available at 200k++?
i thought all went to 300k++

yea man.. i was hoping to buy atmosfera.. i like the design very much.. location wise, not that bad.. but it was a whopping 350k for a 1400sf unit
well, if there is higher unit, i might still put my downpayment

unfortunately, by the time i was there, most of it are sold out..
now i'm just waiting for it to be completed, and see how the price go.
i don't think the price can still increase further

don't you know now u need very little money to own a 300k house?
as low as 3k down payment, you can own a 300k house

of course, 30 years installment period and a lot of interest
but, somehow the fact where 3k d/p and can own a house, a lot of young adults are tempted
including me... but i still can keep my patience
