My philips bd player kaput after 2 years
Luckily i bought it at SEC with insurance, they offered me a replacement but have to add some money.
Planning to get a Sony BD player, they got 2 models S190 & S490 (3D)
Which one is better and can also play mkv & mp4 movie formats.
Pls advice and thank you.

I think I'll get S190 as I'm not planning to get a 3D TV

But how about the audio & video quality for both players

And does this players affected with cinavia problem..

For UV, if not mistaken, internet is a must since the movie is store in cloud.

Can register through PC.

Should not have region problem for UV copy.

Dear All,

I'm keen to consider a Blue Ray Player to view on my LED TV and of course play traditional DVD as well. However, I currently have a Samsung TV and DVD Player with HTS. I hope to purchase a new Blue Ray Player only but has to support the current HTS and preferably Samsung brand as well. Below URL for my current HTS and I think the cables to HTS should be the same. I would also consider a 2nd hand Blue Ray Player with HTS as well. Please PM me if you have this.
