I remember last time developer said only panel bank offered dibs. Hsbc and ambank are their panel. I got called Ocbc and cimb they said can't offer dibs but they can give better rate. For maybank case maybe it is bibs bank interest bourne scheme for just one year?

i took mbb bcos of dibs.
i also approach ocbc then and decided for mbb ultimately bcos the mbb agent was kinda persistent and did her follow up diligently.
pening now if really no dibs.
but i do not recall got such conditions.
and btw, i opt for the 2years lock-in upon VP rather than 5 yrs from 1st drawdown.

No progressive interest for Covillea la. Certain number of months bear by developer and certain number of months by bank.

If mbb said got dibs then should got la. Just call them to verify la if want to confirm.

Covillea sale agent & MBB banker also talk me the same thing. 1st year bear by Bank and after that bear by develop until received CF.

I sign my loan agreement, it state 36 months interest free or VP whichever is earlier. So i don't care the interest is bare by developer or banker, as long as not calc under my account.

i also buyer for this covillea project, i also heard banker say the value of covillea rm600 per sf, issit true ah?

Passing by the site today, purposely drop by to check the progress to update our Mr Kochin.

Block A they have hang some number to indicate which floor. So it is easier for me to count. Currently they are building 22th floor for block A and 21th floor for block B. They are actually quite fast and very likely it will finished b4 June 2012.
