If Covillea is able to sell at RM600 psf when it is completed, it will somehow bring up the prices for Savanna as well rclxms.gif Lets BJ condos continue to ONG ONG ONG tongue.gif

and why do you think MK deserve 600psf?
MK got nothing too.
no golf course, a very recent mini shopping center, no hospital, some international school, that's it.

hmm..cannot say like tat, MK still consider a very high class residential area...a well paneled township, besides area all wellknown such as damasara height, sri hartamas and DPC....

ya...eventhough many say that MK oversupply, but the reputation keep it alive, high income group still like to own a lifestyle at MK...i personally like the surrounding n atmosphere at MK, modern, clean and peaceful environment...

bukit jalil gt potential, but for this moment bukit jalil still wellknown as a sport center.... provided those developers try to produce more better property and lifestyle concept, then it gt chance to compete with MK...

Bukit jalil seriously lack of commercial land or serviced apmt,hard to compete to MK.

I also have the same interest charge in statement, need to find out from the bank, let me know if u got something.

As i remember last release is before developer due date, so how come there is interest charge in stmt?
Need to find out wheather the interest charge is bill from developer or bank ?

Yes got DIBS, the loan is approved at last year March, for the pass 12 months no interest charge.

My bank every month they send letter charging interest xxx amount. I called and asked.. bank told it is just like cc you in the loop. Can ignore the letter since they also send same copy to developer and developer will settle it.

maybank dibs is only for 12-month.

13th month onwards have to pay.
