Sorry if this has been covered before, but is this still the latest LRT extension plan for bukit Jalil? If you zoom in to the yellow tracks for bukit Jalil..
it seems that we are very near the tracks. even though we are blocked by the building behind, i fear that it would still be noisy when the trains pass by.Attached Image

By the time VP, projected can sell min 600-650K. If the property price in Bkt Jalil continue grow after future launch KM1 phase 2 (not Blk B) or KM2, may b it can go up to 700K.
No point to sell now coZ you r getting zero interest under construction.
As an investor, hold until the VP time.


Added on April 11, 2011, 3:58 pmIt will be more better if can hold until near KM1 VP time. Coz it will push the Covillea price also.

I do not think that residents are able to hear LRT noice from the LRT. As of now, Savanna which is quite near to the Bukit Jalil and Seri Petaling stations, I am unable to hear the LRT noice. Probably being covered by the MEX highway traffic noice. sad.gif

very very unlikely to hear any noise from future LRT.. the distance is more than 400 meter away.

This condo located next of vista komanwel B and C. I don't think future lrt station will be build next of covillea.
The current lrt station is sri petaling.

Pass by the KM1 site just now. Noticed that the entrance to KM1 is done and looks pretty nice. Currently the road along The Link shops is not very bright but once KM1 is completed, this area will look really happening and classy. Congrats to all the BJ folks!

i counted from the pic that they are working on the 13th floor of residence unit in block b. i forgot, which floor does the unit starts. at level 7th?
so 7+13=20. left 4 more floors only. i think another 1.5 months to go for completion of full structural works?
looks like vp by end of the year is indeed possible.

The units starts from level 5 onwards. Car park are 4 floors under.

not sure who the main con is coz i was too excited taking photos at the site the other day. 1st time home owner mah laugh.gif

anyone knows how many lifts are there on each floor? a little worried coz my unit is close to where the lifts are. hmm.gif
