KM1 launch today from 590k (non bumi) price. Good news for covillea owners. Can't wait when KM 2 is launched at higher pricing so covillea could appreciate further... Despite all the negative feedbacks on covillea when this thread started, now it seems like a really good buy.

QUOTE(kochin @ Apr 14 2011, 08:03 AM) thank you so very much. i counted from the pic that they are working on the 13th floor of residence unit in block b. i forgot, which floor does the unit starts. at level 7th? so 7+13=20. left 4 more floors only. i think another 1.5 months to go for completion of full structural works? looks like vp by end of the year is indeed possible. btw, who is the main con ah? not sure who the main con is coz i was too excited taking photos at the site the other day. 1st time home owner mah anyone knows how many lifts are there on each floor? a little worried coz my unit is close to where the lifts are. had a look at the iproperty website.. why are all the prices so wildly different - say for 1293sqft it could range between 620k - 670k. is this because of certain factors (golf view, higher floors) or is this just the agents simply putting in a price?? also, how long does it typically take for CF to be released after handing over of key? are u guys planning to sell after this or hold it for rental income? right now i'm not quite sure what to do with it when i get the keys. sorry for noob questions, first house mah.

went and saw the building last week and it's looking REALLY nice! when we receive the keys, does this means that the building would have been completed with CF already and can be renovated/rented out right away - or does that take a few more additional months to process? sorry for the noob question. it's my first property and i'm all giddy about getting the keys soon, haha. ppl can try to push down the price however they want, but Covillea's plus points (good location, low density, close to LRT, pretty building design, golf view etc etc) is definitely of higher value than many of the other recent prop developments around. i am definitely not selling, especially for some of the under-valued pricings that were suggested here....
