Look beyond Mr. "Covillea" comments, he is just one vampire trying to get another becomes 1....

Covillea is definitely a bad buy if you know about Savanna past record.

Bukit Jalil is definitely a good location, no deny that, but that is "IF" it comes with the right pricing....covillea is definitely a rip off....look at their brochure quality. That already a big indication that its a hastily planned project just to ride the price rush....

Nothing to shout about the whole plan. Its just a copy of Savanna + abit here n there.

If savanna sales are so poor before at that price, what makes Covillea demand that much? If you know the true story about savanna, you will know until today, actually many units are still unsold(and is still for sale). Go do your homework n read into savanna.

Savanna2 I don't want to mentioned about it. Its totally a scam if you bought at 1.2 mil , that's it.

well, like it or not, some of us are already on board and just hope for the best.
on a separate note, no matter what one says about a project, IMHO, if the project still helps me earn a lot of profit from flipping, i wouldn't give a damn on how bad the project is.
of course, quality concerns are valid if it's for own stay. but rule #1 re-applies itself, if $$ is good, sell it and hunt for the one you have always been dreaming of. eg. Savanna 1 profit 100k can ease common folks a long long way.

why the purchaser need to hold dialogue and help the developer to sell ???????

the reason for the stagnant sale is simple

"the price increase"

those bot at the first day of launching know how much is the price increase..............

all those goodies given is just a damage control to "normalise" back the price....

but damage oledi done .... and this type of goodies not gonna work for this type of price range .............

agreed that Covillea is just something equivalent to Savanna. for me both are the same, except Savanna c/w 3 car park.

but i tot savanna is all sold out, those on sale are actually from Hanju, and this got noting to do with Berjaya.

For Berjaya, Savanna is sold off.

you are right, bukit jalil is a good place for investment, not many freehold land near to city center, and the place still consider new, clean and quite nice, the development are under developers control, unlike the kampung area like serdang and some area in cheras, have to pass by the squatter houses before reach your semi-D or bunglow house; where beyond the developers control and planning.

Hi Covillea, you really sounds like one of the Berjaya staff. If yes, you can help to convey these message back to the developer and hope to take this as constructive feedback to improve. This is how malaysia developer should improve on.

as you know, Covillea is overpriced. For investment, go buy landed property. Can easily earn RM100k in a year or 2. Condo's are purely for rental but who can afford to rent Covillea since the price is so expensive.

For those is cash rich, buy landed properties (freehold) gated and guarded in KL sure make money.
450K now a day cannot buy any landed state above, go do some survey.

For those people 1st time buy properties for investment then advice is location and look for condo instead of landed properties. Landed property only generate negative cash flow, u only manage to own one and long time will not have your second properties. Unlike the aparment/condo that can generate positive cash flow. Then you can own few properties within 10 year time with positive cash flow. Althrough the capital appreciation is less compare to landed properties. I prefer cash go in my pocket everymonth with less capital appreciation than pay cash eveymonth to the bank that give me burden if own a few.

Advice go to some properties investment talk to understand more before you get your 1st properties.
