Just curious why Bukit Jalil is such a hot area where you will want to invest more than 1 property?

i guess is because of the following:
1. mature township surrounding (sri petaling, sri kembangan, puchong), and BBJ has more shops opening, and soon HoHup jalil city will be there too
2. lrt (bukit jalil station and sri petaling station)
3. TPM - job opportunity and also have investment friendly, thanks to APIIT & IMU.
4. personally i feel it's easy to access to many places. such as mrr2 to cheras/ampang, KLIA, sungai long/kajang, puchong, PJ, etc

but the expensive price of property really turn me off...perhaps wait for auction

just got my original + duplicate of SPA today from them. next course of action would be forwarding to my banker for their futher action.
when i was in the sales office, checked out their sales chart and observed that the figures reported were close to what joe have reported. i think the chart in the showhouse would be more accurate.
now, let's focus on site progress, shall we?

dear covillea dudes , please take my advice if you dont wish to have nightmares with BERJAYA in the future , take down + or record or photo whatever the sales or showroom . ask them..how much and what your condo have ? i heard from savanna JMC that they seriously having nightmares with BERJAYA .. first they allowed few parties to operate Hotels + Motels ..that is we solved , Now they promised to transfer back the sinking funds+ all deposit around 200k..left around 20k... Berjaya is such A BERJAYA DEVELOPER!!! the gyms + intercom + card system failed since the first day handed over..Do you know what BERJAYA simple answer? ACT OF GOD.. we got 18months also ACT OF GOD??? the gym simple answer , BERJAYA answer ACT OF PEOPLE .. that gym equ sure spoilt cos they bought home user..not for commercial used. so ask BERJAYA.. the cctv , ask them..how many . where got..MAKE SURE ASK them to install CCTV able to view that who hell is throwing rubbish..last few days..i was sleeping and awake by a garden unit owner argue with some APITT students at 2AM in the morning . YEAH..bout APIIT students..make sure ask your lawyer to included just for residential not for student hostels..APIIT rent out around 20units in Savanna , DBKL going to look for APIIT this time for the illegal and unproved HOSTEL..check the website..www.ucti.edu.my .they rent out to the students around 5k perunit meanwhile market only around rm2k-2.8k.. ...DUDE..ASK WHAT EVER SHIT ALSO U MUST ASK ...even the door is sliding or open in out ? anyway i wish u guys HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR + GET YOUR GOOD ANGPAU FROM BERJAYA

For own stay; Savanna 2 definitely better, low density, quiet, exclusive neighborhood, definitely not ah beng stay next door. those students may not afford to rent or they may not like the quiet environment too.

the Savanna 2..they all pisang goreng ..now selling for 1.2M..hahaa...they all still dreaming.. first..the staff all sapu themselves...that why it's was never launched..now selling in iproperty for 1.2M ? gila or not..add abit more you can get a better bungalow at the golf club there. let them pisang goreng their own d***...who was so sohai ? buy a house share with 32 only meh ? actually they are a good LIAR..actually it's 408+ 32= 440 units.. Savanna folks can just walk through there..cos there is walk path.goodnews also as more IMU students can walk in to rent in Savanna..the people that bought that 32UNITS all are greedy sohai staff..buy using staff purchase..now wanna goreng? siau.. If you are sohai enough ? buy a condo then must walk to next 3 blocks to use the swimming pool , gym and sauna? want to issue cheque to management also must walk so far..who is that sohai ?

Now I can understand why some people missed money making chance... a small dot on a big piece of white paper, but people choose to look at the small dot smile.gif

Sohai are those who think that those rich people will want to use the gym and pool as often as the sohai...

People pay RM1.2 mil because they don't want to stay the same place with those sohai smile.gif

a simple question; with 408 units at savanna, how many of you using the facilities frequently? use the ratio and multiply 32 units from savanna 2, i don't think many willing to walk across just for the facilities, or maybe none. the 32 units buyer have their objective for this property, not because the neighbor's facilities, otherwise it won't sold out without launch.
gym, swimming pool are not new in our country, i don't think the 32 unit owners are hunger for this, the foreign students most probably like it.
after the strata title been issued, someone will suggest to separate management with the neighbor, so don't worry to much.

dude , they all buy all as staff purchase..discount 10% 599k ..around 550k..now wanna goreng that price till 1.2 Juta Riggint Malaysia . So ..all is staff purchase.. none of them are outsiders..and they paying maintences double than savanna..around rm600 permonth than savanna around rm300 . let see they pisang goreng success or not ? Cikgu cakap.. ORANG TAMAK SELALU RUGI !

but......someone become millionaire just overnight from goreng the share market; whereas someone bankrupt from million back to zero. Someone getting high salary pay but do nothing whereas someone not even hold or touch RM10k cash in his life. Ananda, Robert Kok and Lim Goh Tong earning multi million dolor per day and so on.................

let see the goreng goreng pisang hot enough or not ??? 1.2 Juta Ringgit Malaysia...i think we must teach them a lesson..boycott that savanna 2 seller. They are paying installment zero interest at the moment...let them play with pisang goreng n taste the normal installment rate..see how long the pisang goreng can become cold ?

Hey somebodyson, r u buy any unit with berjaya before ?? in which project?
Please list your bad experince from the new berjaya project s&p sign till handover to you (not hear from other people or other people experince ya). Please list in detail so we know is not just 'cakap besar'/'blow water' here only.
Your experince may help our potential covillea buyer here can pay more attention or caution on that.
