either carrefour or tesco will also be taking up tenantship.

that's why i said one jalil will give a boost to covillea minus the commercial congestion.

Obviously the most hardcore of them all would be someone who has the same LYN ID as the project itself. And talking bout him, its been about 1 week since he posted anything, or incidentally after the recent "hot" discussion on its poor reception. he must've cashed in his paycheque from Berjaya for his cybertrooping efforts and cabut out of this forum.

am borrowing about rm380k and cost estimate from the bank agent was approx rm5k+. is that norm? no mrta included in my loan btw.
the bank is chasing to execute the loan but i oledi told them i haven't got spa yet how to execute?

if base on my count, the sales figure should be
block A = 25/136 = 18.4% sold
block B = 139/172 = 80.8% sold
overall = 53.2% sold
