Hey somebodyson, r u buy any unit with berjaya before ?? in which project?
Please list your bad experince from the new berjaya project s&p sign till handover to you (not hear from other people or other people experince ya). Please list in detail so we know is not just 'cakap besar'/'blow water' here only.
Your experince may help our potential covillea buyer here can pay more attention or caution on that.

Bought Savanna
1. Everything is totally different from the showroom design. The showroom shows sliding type. Got the key is totally different it's a open n close type with 2 more door frame . So end up u got a balcony that fit ur ass also if u try to open the door . Based from my observation from my friends garden unit , she told me that her units are even worst. The showroom shows on the catalog the door weight are totally different from the actual unit .. So i advised u guys ask everything n snap whatever photo . We ask in the AGM , Berjaya said you guys never ask .
2. Savanna 2 join in . Actually it's 408 + 32 on the same development plan . Berjaya claim there only 408 units . Ask in the AGM , same reply..Berjaya said you guys never brother to ask . Can we actually go for consumer complaint or fraud case? misleading ? Ask whether later Savanna 2 will come join to use ur sauna or gym or not ? cos Covillea is just next block rather than walk to Savanna . Make sure ask your lawyer to add in . Just for the residents to use.Not for outsider at all.
3. Berjaya allowed few hotel operators in Savanna , asked the operators they said BERJAYA gave them green light ! Ask the management , they pretended like sohai ! But the hotel case is solved after DBKL come clean swipe sapu . The main operator Hanju Savanna claimed Berjaya even gave them green light . Till they dare to stick notice on the notice board. Ask Covillea will gonna be 2 level hotel or not because Hanju own 2 level in Covillea .
4. Berjaya using ahbeng and lala company to manage the condo . Make sure you ask what is the company name. Make sure it's BERJAYA GOLF RESORTS SDN BHD staff. not ahbeng ahgu company that just wearing BERJAYA uniform. Make sure the ahbeng or ahgu company make every transaction clear . Cos i heard from my JMB condo members. She told me Berjaya promise to transfer rm200k when the handover but endup they BERJAYA manipulate the account till left 5k . I heard the JMB are on they way for external audit and bringing this case to court .
5. The Facilities are Not Able to Function such as the intercom , it's down almost each time raining , then ask Berjaya it's still under warranty , Berjaya will answer u simple .. ACT OF GOD , lighting strike . Then the gym all stuff are cheap stuff not for commercial used..they will just bought a home use gym stuff then except it will last . But before warranty 18months void , they answer you . ACT OF PEOPLE , So Berjaya is always BERJAYA KARATE u guys !!
6. The Highway sound barrier , The development are on going during the construction on MEX putrajay KL highway. Ask Berjaya why they never involved the sound barrier , they said you guys never ask in the first place . So you know how CARING Berjaya . I just pity on the owners that stay next to the highway..
7. In the catalog + models of Savanna in the showroom , there are jogging path . But the real situation ? where hell is the jogging path ?
8. Ask the security or cctv or card access ? what type how many cctv ? claim there are fully cctv? but just few units . Ask them to written black n white . What shit inside the actual development. Or else in future , simple answer you guys never ask !
9 . For my Savanna case , the developer is BERJAYA JANJI KOSONG ! TALK LOUD BUT NO ACTIONS ! So enjoy you guys nightmare with BERJAYA ! But Bukit Jalil soon will gonna next MK ..This depends lauching price for the coming HOHUP JALIL ONE. If the price start like Vista price then all habis cerita ~ .

11. Savanna 2 is all staff purchase . Then try to sell it higher on 2ndary market. So why Covillea is not bought or sapu by all the staff purchases? They are even cheaper ? i seriously doubt Why Covillea sales is moving so slow until need to use ANGPOW TRIP

Maybe some owners will go for law suit that BERJAYA is misleading and still lack of Jogging path for Savanna , pm me and i will join you guys !
Covillea is a good buy because ready tenant for IMU just oppsite . but the sub sales i think gonna over half a million as our ringgit weaker in future as we can see so many future money fund to use such as ASM , 1MALAYSIA . If you guys need a ready house , Savanna still a good buy also come with 3 car park. Anyway you guys are in the correct path ..Just beware of your tricky Developer ~
