yo agreed, linked or no linked, both ok

go down 100k in 10 years.... haha i just quote vista case, 12xx unit, developer price RM 230k for vista A, RM 290k for vista C, now secondary market RM 200k onli, bank lelong can see RM 160k.

but vista is very bad, leaking everywhere, poor workmanship

so we as owner must unite, make sure the upkeeping is good, make sure the management do a good job for wat we pay...... if pecah belah, than everyone rugi onli......

yes 30 minit using MEX but hv to pay toll, i go out from vista 7am, 7:30 can park my car in KLCC P2 dy. if i go out 7:15, can onli reach after 8:00 am .

Coz if u go out 7:00 pm, Jln Tun Razak there not jammed yet.

if u go out 7:30, after the MEX toll @ salak selatan start jam dy.

if u go out 7:30am, after the MEX toll @ salak selatan start jam dy, so u can imagine a turtle moving from Salak Selatan to KLCC..... OMG.... better walking.

this is systemic issues, not localised....... that's y the secondary value so low. luckily got IMU around, or else will be like serdang raya

As i mentioned it is a systemic issues, i.e. everywhere

Vista Komanwel was a good investment ???

Depends, if u are buying and wanna wait for appreciation, forget it !!!

Vista A 12xx sq ft -- RM 230k from developer
Vista B 12xx sq ft -- RM 290k from developer
now secondary market -- RM 200k, bank lelong RM 160k

if u wanna collect rental, okok, if u can press the price until RM 180k or lower, and spend ~ 10k to furnish the unit and also shift all ur second hand furniture to the unit, rent to IMU student ~RM 1500 per month. can consider lar, but u better pray hard IMU tak pindah rumah.

If u wanna buy for own stay, better dun, as i mentioned poor management, poor quality, poor workmanship, leaking everywhere.

Thanks I know about those website. I remember seeing a stand-alone Covillea website which was printing on the buntings. Anybody seen that before?

errrr.... not sure whether this works or not. try this:
http://www.berjayaproperties.com/CovilleaAI.htm

if fail, go manually through:
www.berjayaproperties.com

shame on the sales staff if they are in here. am doing more to promote this than them. perhaps VT should pay me commission!  shakehead.gif

yo, happy new year.....

i oso dun think Berjaya will give us concealed copper piping for water heater in all the bath, but may be a RM 20 k discount for Covilea buyer if we buy the KM1 and KM2 sound better.....

anyway, if we unite, we can ensure the best for our investment....
