Thought rental is not as good as subsale market for Covillea ......I still receive calls from agents to sell my unit.....yet when i tell them what if I want to rent out.....then they show lack of interest .....maybe the subsale commission is lots more compare to rental..... tongue.gif

According to them, for 1415sf good view unit, price is start from 780k now onwards.....  rclxms.gif

The current price for Covillea are considered very afforable now. Looking at KM1, they are now over RM1 million mark.

some use dryer, some use the balcony, some use the washyard, and some uses the humougous corridor outside the unit.

actually you can still dry it in your yard area lah.
you can use those retractable type to lift up and down.

else, just do dry kitchen lor and leave the entire yard as drying area.

qq, you staying in covillea?

Hi there,

I've just finished reno my unit in block A. Planning to stay. About the drying area. I got myself a washer+dryer.

qq brought up a good point regarding drying in the yard area. Its a little weird to me. Although, I did prepare the space to dry certain garments that can't go in the dryer.

I dont regret Not buying the balcony unit though. The living room has more extra space and it makes the unit looks bigger.

Anyone else planning to move in?

i used to stay in a place with a balcony on high floor before. but i find that in our climate, i would hardly use the balcony.
hence when options were given for selection in covillea, i definitely prefer extra build-ups over the balcony space.
besides, if the intention is for balcony to maximise views, shouldn't the balcony units be located on higher floors instead and let the lower floors have bay windows to have more privacy?

JT, you moved in liao? how's the experience so far? kena kacau by the bikini cladded ang mo or not? kekeke.

There is a bikini clad ang mo?? errrmmm hehehehe

I also totally agree about the balcony. I'm staying with my parents now. Got huge balcony .. unfortunately, I don't know what it looks like cus I almost never go out. tongue.gif

Hence, I chose the unit without the balcony on purpose. That being said, of course, its a personal view.

Haven't officially moved in yet. Calculating position of sun and moon to have the perfect time to move in. hehehe. Anyhow, its still very dusty because of the ongoing renovation. Anyone that wanna move in might wanna take that into consideration.
