If I am not mistaken, the lowest at level 6 after early bird discount also cost about 470k......unless this unit really a VVIP discount, or the owner intends to sell with lower profit margin...sigh sad.gif

Covillea gor , block B is actually 10% cheaper than block A on the first day soft launch....block A was launched only couple weeks later after soft launch, therefore base on the list price on the soft launch day, the Koreans is paying around 350psf after bulk purchase discount. sweat.gif
