Perhaps the price tag is a bit too ambitious. IMO, it should be capped at RM3 mil to attract more response cause the built up is relatively small if compared to the land area. Even the existing super link is bigger by 500 sq ft.

I personally prefer larger land area than build-up itself. You can hardly find large land size nowadays. Most are built to the max leaving only 10' gap.

But yes, agree it's priced a lil way too high.

some update on transacted price by agent..

Citra 28X120 normal unit CONFIRMED transacted price 2.2M-2.25M
facing park 1 unit transacted 2.4M

28x70 transacted 1.55M now asking 1.6M

Anggung semi-d so far no transaction yet but asking 3.1M

those who r expecting final phase superlink, the size is 28x110 about 105units...the LAST of THE LAST landed in this part ok KV
BUT you will be disappointed cos price tentatively romour to be 2.2M up brows.gif rclxub.gif

seems like i&p's launch price mirrors the sub sale price from previous phase. if subsale drop, they cant launch it tat high. at 2.2mil for a terrace... and subsale for it 2yrs later is 2.6/2.7mil?? hmm.gif hard to digest lor...

Anggun VP when? Doesn't look close to completing anytime soon. Anyways, part of Citra's hoarding is down and the houses looks pretty close to completion. I love the grass & trees they plant for the houses. Completely made the development looks a notch higher in standards compared to others.

With the plan for new policies for properties viz RPGT etc, there may be less investor appetite or weakened demand...

However, with the increase in fuel, inflation will remain strong..... Let's see...

Sales very slow. Still got lots of units available. One of the golf view unit looks good to me but has a sticker for bumi. SA say can place the sticker on other non bumi units if I wanted tht particular one. Me just there to ask about the future superlink actually.
