Serious? I feel the opening of the gate is slightly wider than the standard width, just the porch is wider. I saw a contractor's Saga parked at one of the units. Another price catalyst for the soon to be VP Citra. The design of the phase 4A semi-d looks good. But I believe the estimated price should be around RM3.5 mil. Getting way out of budget. Last terrace phase should be around RM1.9 mil with smaller land area and built up than Citra. Only 90 units available. Should be another balloting exercise.

According to The Edge, they will offer 90 units in Phase 5B with GDV of RM124.11 mil Equal to approx 1.379 mil per unit

From RM1.9m onwards is more likely. No way a superlink with tht size in Temasya would b launched under RM1.4m price tag next year. Bear in mind, t's the last badge of superlinks here.
